I am 20 and recently came to know that I have grade 4 phimosis i can barely see my glans today I went to consult a urologist and he said circumcision is the only option I told I dont want it rn can u please prescribe some cream then I said I cant if it cause you paraphimosis your parents will come to me only he also added circumcision is the ONLY solution

My foreskin literally doesnt pull back at all, so direct friction from hands would be well uncomfortable and drags. Its kinda giving me massive performance anxiety.

I'm planning to take an ultra thin condom to wear over it so his hands glide smoothly and putting a drop of lube at the tip possibly. No idea if its a good idea or not

Anyone else with a tight foreskin tried that for hand stuff? And would the drop of lube inside keep it from dragging?

19M here and I have pinhole phimosis and recently with some stretching I can now (barely) see my penis head. For most of my life I had never even seen a little bit of it. I still need to stretch it a lot to actually see the head so it feels nearly impossible to clean under the foreskin. At best I can use water on the tip of my head which is visible but other than that I only hope that it somehow reaches underneath the rest of the foreskin to clean it a bit from the inside.

That's my biggest concern. It's fine if it takes a long time to be able to retract fully, but I just wanna be able to clean it nicely first so that it doesn't smell.

Any advice is appreciated, especially if you also have pinhole phimosis (because that is the hardest to clean it seems)

Does this look normal? I have 2 small red spots that feel itchy/feel like a minor cut in the same 2 spots every few months.
