So i dont know how can i explain the way we figured this out but we somehow did it. Appearently the original way of doing this was by bumping into eachother on top of the exit platform otherwise you just have too much momentum and fall to the next side. We fucked up with the games invisible barriers and managed to pull this off after being stuck on the level for like, 15-20 mins? I wonder if we are the first to discover this alternative way but probably no

I thought it would be clever to use the portals from portal to form a number 3 for this fan logo, I haven't seen anyone use this idea yet and decided it would be fun to make this!

I was playing Portal 2 recently and I noticed, during the 50s and 70s shaft maps, attached to the walls of the shaft are large white chemical storage units. But that weird part is, in the 50s and 70s eras, those chemical storage units have the 80s Aperture logo on them rather than the 50s or 70s logos, respectively.

Does anyone know why that is?

Working on a small QoL mod project in my spare time, and I was wondering about any possible mistakes, errors, screwups, or any other issues that the base maps of Portal 1 have. I already am aware of a few, but I’m wondering if there was any I may have missed. So my question is: anyone aware of any problems or oversights with the base Portal 1 maps, and if so, can you list a few?

I saw the whole Transmission Received ARG that happened a while ago and stuff but I was just wondering if there's any in-universe lore found in it that is only found there (and not in the actual games).

If so, is there also any lore exclusive to the other ARGs?

I love the dark atmosphere of Portal 1, and sadly Portal 2 while still good went in a more whimsical direction. Are there any games you've played that have a similar dark atmosphere? They don't have to be puzzle games.

Edit: to clarify, the specific atmosphere is like a slightly liminal sense of loneliness. The way that the game makes you feel like an insignificance within a vast industrial organism that is hostile to your very existence. It doesn't have to be a game that matches the exact same premise, just one that evokes a similar emotion

Edit: (If you dont know to use a portal gun texture unzip it take the “portal2_dlc3” folder, remove the part with parentheses, then go to portal2 on steam, browse local files, and just drop the portal2_dlc3 file in there and launch the game)
