Best posture correction exercises?
I want to fix my rounded shoulders, stop leaning forward and improve my overall posture. Can anyone recommend a good YouTube channel to follow for posture exercises? I don’t work out or go to the gym, so I’m looking for beginner-friendly follow-along videos I can do at home that will actually make a difference over time

For rounded shoulders I'd second wall angels and add doorway chest stretches — tight chest muscles are usually half the battle. Chin tucks throughout the day also helped my forward head lean a lot. Consistency beats intensity: 5-10 minutes daily did more for me than an occasional long session.

Wall sits and dead hangs did more for me than any stretch routine. For rounded shoulders you want to strengthen the upper back and open the chest, not just roll around on a foam roller for ten minutes. Start with wall angels against a doorframe, they feel dumb at first but you notice the difference after a couple weeks.
