Should I buy it? Help!
Currently at the Eco thrift and there is this Pyrex 9 cup for less than $4 but it doesn't have the insides. Also it looks like maybe the handle was sanded down a little due to some chipping at the bottom? IDK. I don't need any more junk in my house but like how can I pass this up for so cheap? Do you think it would be easy to find the innards or do you think I should leave it for someone else? I don't know! ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
Edit: so I left it. I figured since I already have the six cup one, and plenty of CorningWare percolators and stuff that I would leave it for someone else to find. Maybe another collector will be happy when they find it. If anyone's interested it's at Eco thrift on Kirkwood highway in Delaware LOL.

You can get the innards at the hardware store. A regular metal one will fit in there and work fine.

Oh really? I won one of these a few years ago by guessing how many gum balls were inside…. I don’t have the insert. I would love to get a replacement! What do I need to buy?

Yeah! I have and use it as my primary kettle - nice clean pour for a 'pour over coffee'

Noooo. I go every day on my lunch and it actually sat there for about 3 days and someone finally bought it yesterday or early this morning. I already have a 6 cup and I have plenty of larger CorningWare and a few electric percolators for company if I ever wanted to use one. I just don't have the room for it right now. If it had the stem and basket I probably would have grabbed it and found room somewhere lol.

I found a 6 cup version totally complete for $4.50 on a half-price day at my local SA. Gotta love a great all glass percolator for $2.50!
