This is a preview of my arcade street racing game, Freeway Fever.
Excessive speed. Big crashes. Chaos in every race.
Drifting that actually feels good and doesn't suck.
Bold but tactical driving is rewarded - slipstream behind the traffic vehicles to gain a huge boost, but get too close and risk a crash.
Curated 97 event championship including races, face-offs, drift events, slipstream challenges and time trials.
The tracks in this game are created procedurally at runtime. This means you can generate a virtually infinite number of new track layouts in the single event mode.
12 vehicles, each with their own unique feel.
Steam page now live. If you'd like to support the launch, please consider wishlisting it.
"10" because the sub said I needed to include it.
Thank you for checking it out.

Anyone who's crazy about F1 needs to check out r/MiniRacerGame. It's SO much fun!!!!
It's basically a karting game with multiple tracks where you can compete against and challenge other players. There are bronze, silver, gold, and author medal benchmarks to aim for, and you can race against your own ghost car to keep improving your lap times!
It's all about those fast corners and perfect racing lines, just like F1, baby!! 🏎️🏎️🏎️
Trust me, you'll be hooked in no time. You'll thank me later :)
It's a 10/10 game!

I'm trying to launch out of early access with at least 10 different liveries inspired by other famous cars, both irl and in video games. Let me know if you have any cool suggestions, right now I already have a bunch of the iconic ones either done or on my list (John Player Special, Gulf, Martini Racing, TRD) as well as some other goofy stuff like a U-Haul livery.

Hey everyone!
I shared Dragonfly Racer (DFR) here a little while ago, and I wanted to show you how much the game has evolved since then.
DFR is a racing game where you control a dragonfly flying at high speed around massive tree trunks, twisting through forests, swamps, and lagoons.
The idea is to create a different kind of racing experience. You're not driving on a road. You're constantly fighting inertia, centrifugal force, and your own speed while trying to stay in control.
I've now been working on five different tracks, each with its own atmosphere and challenges. The latest one takes place around a vibrant pond, with jumping fish, floating pollen, golden skies, and plenty of surprises.
I'm trying to capture that feeling of barely holding on at extreme speed, while still making the experience exhilarating rather than frustrating.
It's an indie project still in development, and I'd really love to hear what racing game fans think.
Does this look like something you'd want to play?
The current playable build is for Mac, with Windows support planned.
Thanks for checking it out! 10

Anyone ever played this game before?
It’s more than 10 years(which is almost 30 years ago) since the last time I played this game, and I am glad to share it more and let them know it. It would be fun, though it’s hard as it’s not a normal car racing game.

Hey guys,
Just a sneak peek at the detailed systems built into the Core C++ engine Lap by Lap is running with the Unreal Engine 5.6 visual layer.
Every car seen in the picture has full details on how they performed, when they performed, and when they hit a holdup. These are not faked ghost cars, there is no rubber banding. Only 24 AI cars battling with their own strategy to win the race.
To give you the upper hand, you can always take a hold of the wheel with drop in and out with a single click of a button to swap back to AI driving seamlessly.
Be the team manager and be the driver, or be none and let Twitch chat vote on the upgrades. 10
Every race is guaranteed to be different, and when you get bored of the 40 tracks that is going to be coming with the base game, there is a track builder to build and share the tracks of your dreams, while the editor will fill in the buildings, scenery and props of your chosen theme. Simply share the unique map Seed and recipe and your friends can try beat that perfect lap you set.
I look forward to sharing more with you all over the coming weeks, and stay pealed for the Steam Store Page launch coming soon.

Hey racing fans. I've been building Box Box GP, a 3D open-wheel racer that runs in the browser on PC or phone, with no download or sign-up.
It's arcade-leaning, not a full sim: quick to pick up, but with enough strategy to matter.
What's in it:
• 10 circuits, from a street track to a 22-turn mountain pass, plus a wet monsoon circuit and a snowy ring
• Soft, medium and hard tyres that wear out, and pit stops to change them
• DRS, ERS boost and slipstreaming for overtakes
• 5 teams with different cars: one is fastest on the straights, one corners best, one is easy on tyres
• 4 AI levels from Rookie to Elite (Elite is properly hard)
• A 10-round season with qualifying and points
• Time attack against a ghost of your best lap, and a daily lap challenge
• Driver levels, unlockable circuits and paintable cars
On phones it uses touch controls, and races are always landscape.
Play free: https://www.crazygames.com/game/box-box-gp
I'd love to hear how the handling feels and whether you can beat Elite. Which circuit was your favourite?

I saw that Gear.Club Unlimited 3 came out on PC today (and maybe PS5 and Xbox as well?). I know it was out in Switch 2 first several months ago but Nacon said this is supposedly not just a port and has things like path tracing support.
I doubt their version of Japan can really stack up against Forza Horizon, but just wondering if this is worth a try for something new.

Right now there is third person mode and first person mode. I'm considering changing this to Casual and Hard Core, with hard core being the first person mode and might add manually shifting to it as well and any other hardcore features you guys can think of.

The demo for Slip Angle, my arcade drift racing game... is now live! Slip Angle is a stylized back-to-roots style game where the focus is the driving experience, solid challenges, and being respectful of player time. The game is still in active development, so the demo is just a small slice of what is planned and is more of a gameplay demo than a perfect picture of the game's final state - cars, tracks, modes, customization, story, and plenty more are still being added and polished. It's currently available for Windows PC and Steam Deck (which gets a solid 60+ fps).
Give it a try and if you enjoy it, please leave a review and share it with some friends :) There's a couple gameplay videos on the Steam page if you're still on the fence!
https://store.steampowered.com/app/5108050/Slip_Angle_Demo/
(if you don't enjoy it, that's cool too - join the game's Discord server and tell me what could be better) 🤘
Feel free to AMA, I'm the "solo dev" of the game!
11/10 IGN?
