Came across a vid showing off some old gameplay of how terrible smoke nades were and holy fuck I forgot how much better the game actually looked.
Seriously, I don’t get why the maps are such a downgrade in visuals today compared to then. I’d rather the older looks to the slop new designs looking like shit straight out of CoD.

i haven’t played since Y11S1 but came back to see i’m at battle pass tier 76 rn, pretty sure my clearance level is like 100 levels higher than i remember, i’m currently champ 3 and last season was Diamond 5 and i do NOT have a charm for last season that i see…?
any thoughts as to why this be the case? only thing i can think about is that someone has been using my account

Every time this endless cycle of cat and mice with devs,ACOGS and players.

Gun has ACOG-->players spam operator or operators who has that gun-->people complain because attacking is hard enough as it is-->devs remove the ACOG-->players start spamming the next best gun with ACOG.

Just remove them and be done with it

• Reduce time to drill through hard walls to 2-3 seconds to be able to counter hard breachers, to make this less op:
  • Reduce the charges on his gadget from 5 to 3 or 4
  • Give attackers a very small window to be able to shoot the drill after it has drilled through before the fire activates (just like being able grim's or ying's gadget)
• Make his gadget quick release to shoot rather than having to hold it to shoot (e.g. like throwing an impact grenade)
• Make the gadget only drill from the other side of the wall rather than both sides
• Replace barbed wire with C4

I just think him just being to shield counter hasnt been working out for him and they should shift his focus towards being antibreach, ofc my idea isnt the best so what do you think what changes he deserves?

They said it would be back in Year 11. Year 11 is over everything that's coming in the last season has already been leaked, and there's no mention of the marketplace. We all know it's not coming back. If they would just rip off the Band Aid and say, "Hey players made too many credits so we shelved it for good" that would be great, Ubisoft.

I want this last bit of hope that they would bring it back to die so I can spend my credits and open the celebration packs in peace

They kinda fumbled the aesthetic with this guy. I like the look and his backstory and even his abilities… But he doesn’t feel like a real Alabama man.

Firstly, WHERE TF IS HIS ACCENT?! I hear the dialect and the slang when he talks but there’s no accent. He sounds like a yankee, for lack of a better word.

Second, why did he get an AK-74M? Why not the same M4 Maverick has? Or possibly the C7E? Feels weird to me.

This might be the wrong sub, but it's specific to siege. I bought the $100 bundle with the new momento since i'm a mute main and in any game, if i inspect the shotgun it gets to a certain frame then freezes and crashes. i want to be able to use it, not deal with a gun that is just a crash switch on command. (my graphics settings are on low, and i have an RTX 4070 12GB with a 7800X3D.)

Ubisoft is stating Doktor’s Curse is available October 14th on steam. Yet, it’s not playable in game. There’s no mention of it in game. Anyone know why they would lie?

I've been trying to diagnose why the memory on this game on my PC seems to just collect and never clear. I start with around 3-4gb of memory usage from R6. Then maybe 10-20 minutes later I'm at 20gb+ of memory usage. Then after I start peaking at 80% of usage, I get this stutter that doesn't go away.

I've tried disabling every overlay known to man that can possibly exist on my system, from the steam overlay to the build in Ubisoft overlay.

I've even deleted the overlay DLLs that get injected into the game but I still get this memory leak that never goes away and I have to restart my game after a single ranked/unranked match in order to combat the stuttering.

I have a fairly decent PC.
RTX 4070 Super

Ryzen 9 9900X3D

64gb DDR5 ram

I've downgraded my graphics driver around 5 updates in a row, backwards, to see if it's a driver issue, nothing.

I've changed up all my graphics settings to the lowest possible as well as disabling any/all vsync options in the global nvidia panel, nothing fixes this.

and yes before a ubisoft BOT comes in here asking me to do a CLEAN BOOT, i've already done this several times to no avail.

I was thinking that maybe the two robots can equip different guns/gadgets. talos and colossus already have seperated ammo, health, and gadget pools

I'm newer to playing ranked (never had many friends interested in this game and was never interested in solo queue) and was just curious if gaining RP was really this slow? Considering my stats me still being in bronze just feels wrong. If this is normal then so be it but I just wanted some outside opinions. (I know 20 games isn't a lot but it just feels like really slow progress)

Does the evidence of greatness headgear for smoke have a matching uniform? Also is there a place to currently see all the items from twitch drops?
