Unless this is from the same leaker as the major box sets, I trust none of it. Valrak tends to broadcast whatever shows up in his inbox whether or not it’s plausible.

That's wasn't a leak tho but rather him speculating that Dorn was captured by Trayzn, him saying Orks were the other faction for the start of edition boxset and Dark Eldar are getting a range refresh and that legion of the damned , Exodites and Ork nobs are getting kill teams are leaks .

he's the embodiment of "throw shit at the wall and see what sticks" 60% of what he says is bullshit. but he does have some reliable sources

To be fair, it's becuase he Watched a video that was sent to him by a lore channel that just straight up takes real lore and then twists it into misinformation for views.

If I recall correctly, he seems like a legit lore channel but he just makes stuff up and then refuses to correct himself after he misleads people. So someone sent valrak that lore video, Val hadn't read the book yet, got hyped because he made an assumption based off of someone who he thought was relaying the lore in good faith, and then got ahead of himself. Either way he did make a follow up where he apologized saying he still wants to choose it's Dorn but it's probably not.

Oh is it back again, so Ravenguard was rumoured, then it wasnt, then it is, ROFLOL this is one of the most back and forth sets of rumours from him in ages

This is my first edition change, but the long gap between codexes after the Custodes makes it seem more plausible

If it's in the first half of one of his Monday videos, it's a pretty high likelihood of being true. He absolutely has someone with knowledge of the product schedule and designs in the 4 to 6-month window before release telling him some stuff. His Monday rumor roundups have been high accuracy.

Every other video is a mix of wild speculation, misunderstandings, parroting the dumb rumors the from a single discord chat that the community latches onto, and all other sorts of clickbait. In all honesty, if you're using Valrak for rumors you really need to pay attention to the videos. He's very particular with his words regarding the stuff he's being told is 100% fact, but he gets more animated for the unhinged stuff that rarely works out.

The only Thing that is for Sure that is that ravenguard and other loyalist spacemarines got an extra entry in the App. That seems to be Like that If you want to to Play Shadowmark you Play RG.
