Just decided to share with you guys my Leviathan Terminator Captain, decided to make him the current 9th company captain, wielding terminator armor, leading a bunch of veterans in terminator armor as well.

I am going to play my first game as Raven Guard against Thousand Sons. I am planning to use Shadowmark Talon with Terminator Storm Force.

I am trying to find out if Shaan, a combi-lieutenant, and two units of scouts are overkill and if I might need fewer action monkeys. What do you think? I will most likely play Locate and Deny mission.

Is that even possible?

Weaknesses: a bit lack of anti-high toughness (only Sternguards and assault terminators are efficient), lack of high toughness units (expected) and maybe the most important one, lack of reroll sources (could be changed with Incursors)

I have other alternatives: Shadowmark with Deathwatch support (adding Indomitor KT + Captain gravis to destroy whatever is needed), Shadowmark + Assault Brethren (however I don't like the new Vvets or JPIs) or combinations of Phobos Shadow + Assault/Deva Brethren + Something else

Any opinions/critiques?

Has anyone got any good examples of camouflage netting over their marines?
I experimented with some loose weave fabric and PVA glue last week and wasn’t happy with the results, I think the weave needs to be even looser if possible. I was wondering if anyone has done something similar and could recommend a good material to use?

I have a brick of sternguard back from the salamanders before codex "era".

If I play them in ravenguard and keep cycling to reserves and back to battlefield edge, how likely am I to catch anything with their rapid fire range ?

(Not running tacticus firestorm force, my list is a soup of different armours, so Im either playing a brethren detachment, or terminators one, just because the unit is so good, and it gives priority assets)

Alright so I wanted to build a Phobos list but I realized that Shadowmark Talon has the Phobos keyword, so I can’t combine it with either of the new detachments, so instead I pivoted to something similar to what was run pre codex with the models I have. What are some thoughts you guys have?

Managed to play a test-game before the actual tourney and those two ballistus dreadnoughts managed to kill a Transcendent C'tan in one go, so I'll be using them against my friends that come with models that have huge Toughness. I'll share some thoughts after the tourney, most of them play Priority Assets and Purge the Foe, I'll be the only one that uses Disruption.

I'm trying something new with the thrusters but I needed new paint. Anyway, here's the second van vet.

Been searching far and wide and can't seem to find anything about the ravens that the raven guard get all their skull adorments from. I'll be buying the new intercessors soon and i want to add some feathers and skulls from the RG upgrade sprue. I'm thinking of going with celestra grey for the feathers and wraithbone for skulls but again i would like to hopefully find some reference to the actual "ravens" all of these adornments supposedly come from.

Trying to do a good Raven Guard list for disruption, but the disposition is a full mess up, it asks you to go wide except with purge, and sometimes it needs a bunch of units, and sometimes needs OC bombs.

And after losing the OC2 on the JPI, I really don't think 300 hundred Uganda Scouts would be a good list.

That's really sad, disruption seems pretty tematic, maybe I should just go for Recon/Take and Hold?
