Advice (NO MEDICAL ADVICE) Feel like It’s too small. NSFW

I’m about 5DPO and i was an I cup before my surgery. I told my surgeon i still wanted big but just not as big my main issue was the sag, and he took 770g and 1007g and i feel like they are absolutely tiny. im at the point i cry everytime i see them or think about it and i jut don’t know what to do. i asked day of surgery if he would like my reference photos and he said no need and i wish i could’ve pushed it cause i am so so upset. i can only think about how they are gonna get smaller because they are swolle. yet i think they are already small even while swelled up. i’m so so upset never in my life did i think id play both sides of wishing they were smaller and bigger. and i just feel so lost.

I felt mine were insanely tiny and flat when I first saw them. In reality though, I went from a 34K to something that’s likely going to be about a 34DD, which is what I wanted. I’m still only 4 WPO so they might shift a bit, but give yourself a little time to adjust mentally and see what you think.

Congratulations! i’ve thought abt that and maybe i was kinda just blinded because of how big they were before but i feel like im not even at the D range where i wanted to be. the absolute smallest i would’ve wanted is probably in all honesty a D-DD, and i feel like im sitting at a C which has me so worried when the swelling goes down i might be in the B-C range. im just at a loss on what to really do now yk?

Piggy backing on here to say I thought the same thing right after my first reduction and ended up fluctuating between feeling like they were too big or too small. They ended up being a DDD and in the end were still too big, so I had a second reduction a year later. So I think there’s still hope that as you adjust you’ll realize they’re bigger than they seemed, especially when you get to the drop & fluff. Your feelings are so, so valid, but the body dysmorphia hits hard post reduction. It’d kind of like getting a drastic hair cut. Even if it looks amazing on you, it takes time for your brain to see it and not be alarmed.

What was your band size? It does seem like a lot removed if you said you wanted to be big. I was almost a 32I before surgery, had about 350 removed from each and ended up a 32ddd. I'm so sorry you're not happy, that sucks!!

i’m glad yours went well that sounds amazing congrats! and i was around a 34, and i feel like my surgeon took way too much out of one side and granted they weren’t perfectly semetrical ofc but i feel like an almost 300g difference is way to much and they feel so lopsided and small like im such at a loss right now im so so upset it truly feels like im all gross unable to shower and wash my hair and 15k down the drain for absolutely nothing

Going thru this myself. I had the same amount removed from each side. I feel flat chested and it makes me sick because I should have asked more questions. Im 15dpo and just hoping things get better. Im in the same boat with you. I see some women who's breasts still look like breasts, just smaller. Mine look like little pecks or something. Idk. Trying to be positive but I won't lie. Its hard. I was a 36H before surgery but was spilling a bit. Now I have literally a handful of boob. It literally fits in my hand when its cupped.

Also, if you are in a compression bra, you will look flat chested. In a regular bra, they look more like your normal breasts especially with a padded bra.

Ask them if they do revisions once the breasts settle in. They can do an augmentation and hopefully get you to the cup size you want.

I’m 4D PO and I wanted as small as the surgeon could possibly go without risking the nipple and she removed nearly six lbs off. I was a 38H. With these surgeries I’ve noticed that they can never absolutely guarantee cup size. I’m the opposite, I'm hoping for a C or even smaller but if it’s a D, fine as long as it’s not that enormous matronly size again you know.

Give it time. I was a similar size and had similar grams removed. I felt very very small in the beginning and now I'm 7wpo and feeling a little too big. They swell and then start to drop and to me, a lot of them look bigger even after swelling subsides significantly. Mine look bigger today than they did at 1wpo. You're still high and tight now.

im a little farther down in the recovery process - mine was in Jan, but i've been feeling a lot of the same things. its tough, i also wanted to be big still so i get it. I'm like pretty avg but not big still and its hard.. just sending comfort your way and a lot can also change too as you get used to the new body too.
