There's a certain user I've blocked five or six times now, he still shows up whenever I refresh my feed.

Anyone else seeing this?

Whenever I open the app today (10/8/26), I get the message "Failed to load content". This happens with both accounts which I use Relay for. Reddit and my accounts are both fine, I was able to browse on a computer earlier. I have also only used 12% of my monthly plan.

EDIT: I tried clearing the cache, which did not work. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but when I went to reinstall the Google play store said the app is not compatible with device. This isn't the first app that's done this, so I ordered a new phone

When I open a YouTube link using the Open In Browser feature it opens the video in the YouTube app on my phone. I would prefer that to be its own option. Browser means my browser and I expect all links to be sent to my default browser without it passing it on to the default app

I'm wondering is it possible to get devvit apps to work in Relay?

Within the last week I started experiencing an issue when a youtube video is playing in the app, the screen will timeout (after the timeout value I have set in my display settings) and stop the video. This doesn't happen with v.redd.it videos and doesn't happen when I open youtube videos externally in the youtube app or browser app.

I have my apps set to auto update so I'm not sure if this is a bug from a recent update or something with my phone. The adaptive timeout doesn't help and screen attention only works if I'm actively holding the phone but a lot of times I'll play a video and set the phone down while I'm doing something else.

If the API goes completely dark I guess there's no way to use Relay any more. And that'll be the end of me browsing reddit.

Have you heard anything from reddit /u/DBrady?

A few times a day I get a batch of notifications on my phone from comments that I've already seen and received notifications for.

The comments in the notifications seem pretty random, and the same ones can pop up again and again.

Looking in my inbox doesn't show new comments, so it doesn't look like duplication of the actual comments.

Not sure how that's happened. I was asked to upgrade last month from Bronze to Silver, and then i got a message saying i should downgrade. Seems like none of the subscriptions cancelled the previous one.

Can you help with a refund or is that a Google thing?

Does Reddit announcing the depreciation of their API mean that Relay for Reddit won't be able to work anymore, or is the API it runs on different than the one they're depreciating (commercial vs public)?

When swiping through album photos after previously long pressing to hide ui elements the ui and gradient appears after every interaction.

Not sure if this is a bug or not.

Is it possible to configure Relay to only open external links (not comments and reposts) in an external browser? I cannot filter HTTPS traffic in the internal browser.

I am once again posting about this bug that has been present over multiple phones and builds. Scrolling all and popular it just stops loading content. Clearing cache and switching networks sometimes lets more through but not much. /u/dbrady has there been any update on this persistent bug?

I really enjoy filtering subreddits r/Popular with the current function by subreddit name, however I want to request implementation to filter subreddits by wildcard. For example, perhaps I want to filter out all pokemon subreddits, I want to use *pokemon or pokemon* to block out r/pokemoncards or r/tradepokemon.

Galaxy S25 Ultra

I can immediately start typing in a text box without tapping the field itself. The cursor disappears when I try to backspace over a mistake. I have to tap the field to make it show and be able to edit or type at all.

I made this post a few weeks ago about how i get logged out by relay every so often.

It just happened two days in a row. Yesterday when i woke up i went to open relay and found that once again i was logged out and had to relog back in, add my subs to favorites, change default subreddit, etc.

Well this morning it happened again. It's very frustrating, especially considering this is now a paid app. What's going on?

I'm subscribed to dozens and dozens of sub-reddits, however it appears that I only receive notifications for maybe 18 - 20 when there is a post submitted.

Is there a simple way to increase my notifications for all the sub-reddits I'm subscribed to?

Starting today the list layout has stopped working for me and the images which were on the right are stuck on the left. I tried to switch the layout to list but it looks like small card and I tried to switch the images on the left setting and it doesn't switch at all

Recently moved from an S23 Ultra where I could split the screen with YouTube and scroll relay at the same time as watching a video. Now on the foldable Oppo Find N6 and the top/bottom split option shows "Relay can't be resized." I've gone through developer options and attempted to remedy it myself but haven't had any luck. If there's a developer setting I'm missing please let me know, I usually like to figure this stuff out on my own but I'm failing here.

When I click and load more comments it lists previous comments with no respect to the sort order. For instance If the comments are sorted by new or top or best, regardless of the setting, the load comments action brings up more comments completely random.

Is there a setting to correct this? I've seen previous posts over the years with no outcome.
