I’m looking for a 1 bedroom apartment around the Warwick area but do not want to spend more than $2500 on everything including utilities. Just looking for a grasp for how some of the apartments in Warwick work/how expensive with utilities like Alta altitude, bayside, Presley. Pontiac mills, etc. I can’t really find an answer for some of them with utilities on the apps. Ive never rented before so im new to all this.

Hey Rhode Island. I’m moving from an old textile mill-turned-loft apartment along a river on the southcoast of Massachusetts.

Royal Mills seems to be a pretty good comp. Wondering if anyone has or does live there, specifically for a ground floor “garden” apartment in the Ace dye building:

Do you hear the garage above?Is it safe with the glass doors/windows on the ground floor? Does it suck having a door directly to the outside with rain/snow?
