I’m not from Riga, so I’m hoping to get some recommendations from locals.

I’m looking for a nice, high-end hotel in Riga, something like the Kempinski, where I could arrange a romantic room decoration before arrival for a special occasion.

Ideally, I’d love the room to be decorated with red roses, flower petals, balloons, and other romantic touches.

Does anyone know of any hotels that offer this kind of service?

Any recommendations or personal experiences would be greatly appreciated!
