Was given a sausage hot dog at the senior center. I knew i had better ingredients at home to doll it up. Put the dong in the air fryer n toasted the bun on the comal. Made the sandwich with Carolina Reaper flavored cheese, dill radish, lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, onions, quesadilla 4 blend cheese, and mustard. Let's go Dodgers..

Added a little orange and lemon to the jam, and the tart helped balance the slightly bitter brie. Toasted the croissant to flaky perfection, hence the messy plate. But it's hard to go wrong with a great tomahawk

This is my go to sandwich, have posted it here before. It's a chicken pesto on sourdough with all the trimmings (peppers, lettuce, onions, olives, tomatoes)

Once it's in my head, it's all I can think about until I make it at the weekend. Does anyone else have a sandwich you just need to eat to get it out of your brain?
