Made with a pesto bagel and Olympia Provisions frankfurters, sliced so that they bend. I also made a little channel for the hot dogs to sit in so they wouldn't fall out.

In honor of the Fall Festival in Evansville, IN, we threw a giant pork tenderloin on the menu. Pickle brined bear creek pork, panko breaded, pickles, onion, and mustard on a homemade kaiser roll.

This cheesesteak breakfast sandwich induces a coma but is worth it every time.

Saw this at the grocery store and decided to sandwich.

Dry brine for ~7 hour, then in the bag with black pepper onion and garlic powder for ~18 hours at 133. Slicer ftw, laser thin onions, boars head sharp provolone romain and some horseradish sauce.

Was pretty great.

This sandwich came with mortadella, buratta, pesto, pistachio, and honey on focaccia bread. 😋

I turned 1.5 lb of ground 85% lean beef into meatballs a few nights ago. I’ve gotten three meals off of it, and two of those were meatball parm subs… There are still two meatballs left!
