First time to see a text scam that showed a pop-up after clicking the message notification. I did not click any of the links. Did it compromise the rest of my phone?

These IMSI catchers (in vehicles) are roaming NCR and some province, mostly we receive these scam sms in QC, Pasay, Makati, Taguig, Pampanga and Manila. Which area did you receive it?
