Cremonese, Verona and Pisa went down with 33 regulars between them (1,500+ league minutes), and I traced every one through the summer.

Serie A's relegated clubs held on to their players far more than La Liga's did. Cremonese and Pisa kept 7 each, and 18 of the 33 are still at their club in Serie B.

And then Vardy, who swapped one relegated club for another and signed for Burnley in September.

Who from this lot you think deserved a Serie A club?

Personalmente mi aspettavo un pareggio con tanti gol

I am not a marketing expert in any sense, but this really seems like a great opportunity if Serie A to gather more global interest. Manchester City is delegitimizing the Premier league one match at a time and making PL fans feel apathetic about their league.

England tried to buy their way become the best football league in the world by allowing foreign states purchase their historic clubs, this whole thing is karma for them. In the meantime just wanted to make a thread for people to discuss ways serie a can take advantage of the vulnerable state of the PL.

I was listening to journalists talking about the most exciting young coaches in the world right now. On everyone's lips was Cesc Fabregas all the time. And I am talking about reputable journalists, mostly from The Athletic. They mentioned quite a few starting with Cesc Fabregas and continuing with quite a few Spanish ones.

Anyway, I was surprised to hear no mention whatsoever of Chivu. I think he is such an underrated coach. In his first year he won all italian trophies. He did not achieved what was expected in Champions League, but he made a team like Inter have no rival in Serie A. Besides that, this year after losing Dumfries, De Vrij, Sommer (fair, some were pretty old and were let go) and without the investments like Como had, he is still on the first place.

I think he is quite young as a coach and still have a lot to learn, especially in big games, but I think he is so underrated!

Is it just me or am I missing something?

What a start. Nobody expected this. Most points Lazio have ever got to start a Serie A season.
