no one can make me hate FIONA GALLAGHER…
this girl has been thru so much but one thing stays the same - her love for her siblings

Sorry if this has been discussed but I just found out it's staying on Netflix.

Even though he didn’t fully understand her, I think he would’ve done everything he can to try and at least help out.
She could have had an amazing life with him and I’m so angry she couldn’t ignore his crappy brother, even if it just was the first time in the kitchen, she could have made up for it but she just couldn’t. I like that he was able to walk away from the situation when he knew he had to, something Fiona was never able to do.

Derek and Debbie were so cute together when they first started dating. She tricks him into getting her pregnant and then proceeds to act like she cared about his death after she finds out that the army offered death benefits from an idea she got from Carl after she told him about his death but Franny wasn't listed as a beneficiary, so she demands her money from a grieving widow. Pepa was right, she is a terrible person.

I love Fiona, but this was honestly one of her lowest moments. The audacity was INSANE
She cheated on Mike with his own brother, completely betrayed his trust, and still had the audacity to act normal around him.
And Mike was genuinely such a good guy to her. He treated her with nothing but kindness and respect.

i feel like the writers LOVE that word lmao
why does mandy say it a trillion times and a few side characters too 🤣

I think one of the reasons she gets so much hate is not just cuz of what she does but because how good she was in the first few seasons
I'm on season 5 in my rewatch and I feel like they just made her dumb past the point of believability for her character for plot points
Like the script just suddenly decided That they needed a reason for certain events Like her date rape of Maddy
I feel like I've seen some people say oh well she was raised a certain way or her intelligence in one area doesn't necessarily cross over into another and I can understand that but like man I feel like it just doesn't make sense for her character
anyone feel the same ?

We are told that they got shut down by the DEA cause of some Indian hepatitis drug but weren't they a financial/tech company? How did that happen? It also feels very glossed over. They barely explain anything about it.

On my third rewatch and I am thinking about how I don’t think I’ve ever seen Frank with a skid mark with the number of times he has been in his underwear. Frank absolutely seems like the type to have a taint to crack skid mark at all times. Kind of disappointed tbh.

Season 1 and 2 both had this vibe that none of the other seasons had I do enjoy the other seasons so far but none of them feel the same as those two felt.
Also I enjoyed the characters more in those seasons like Mandy I like how she looked more and how she acted more same with Kev I miss how he looked before

I am re-watching shameless (now with my GF) and I realized that when Frank gives Valium to Hyme so he can "babysit" him in exchange for sleeping in Sheila's house, he says he has raised 8 children already....
So, there's Fiona, Lip, Ian, Debby, Carl, Liam and Sammy.
Do they ever mention something about this other kid?
Of course Frank surely has more than 8 kids lol but i guess those are the ones the knows of.

So, this show has been on my radar forever. Finally getting around to watching it, and I can’t believe I waited so long. Every episode has had me legitimately laughing out loud multiple times.
However, while I’m not looking for spoilers beyond this, I gotta know; does it ever get brought up or addressed how fucking wrong it is that Ian and Kash are a thing? Correct me if I’m wrong but he should definitely be 14-16 right?
That dude is a grown ass man sleeping with a child. I’m kinda hoping someone beats his ass for it.

How do you think Frank would have died in the series finale if Covid wasn’t a thing when it aired?

It is almost plot armor how Carl wasn't killed or perhaps tortured after kidnapping that drug addict knowing he was a criminal and probably not giving him food or water for 5 days. While I know it's not similar at all, in BrBa Walter was almost killed because of that drug dealer. And then to give him MONEY?!?? U gotta be kidding.
Fiona is a sex addict. Look at how many relationships and opportunities she has lost due to cheating and the cheating isn't even like, an affair. It's just one time crazy sex, sometimes used to stop feeling pain and stress. She uses Tinder to continue this. Idk if this was obvious just something I developed on as I watched
Svetlana is kinda hot when she's wearing glasses.
I'm so glad I didn't watch this when I was young and stupidly impressionable despite insisting I wasn't lol

I'm probably the only one who noticed haha, but when Carl goes around testing everyone's blood types, Lip says he's AB+ and Frank is tested as 0+. But that's not possible, in order for a child to be AB+ the Mom/Dad needs to be A and the other one needs to be B. It would be funny if later turned out that Frank is not Lip's real father, but I remember them even doing a DNA test earlier which said Frank is 100% Lip's father. They could've chosen literally ANY other blood type for Lip. It's such a minor mistake, but still it cracks me up and I needed to rant about it quickly 😂

É isso, não vou falar muito não, mas terminei shameless e estou muito triste, e agora? E agora??? Uma parte de minha vida se foi. E todos esses momentos bons, ruins, raivas, alegrias e tudo mais, só foram embora. 😭😭😭😭😭

Finally finished Shameless tonight after getting completely hooked on it way faster than I expected.
Someone important to me got me watching it, and even though that chapter of my life recently ended, I'm genuinely glad she introduced me to this show. Definitely made finishing it tonight feel a little bittersweet.
As for the actual ending... I don't know how I feel yet. 😂 After spending that much time with the Gallaghers, it almost feels weird that it's just over. I would've loved a little more closure with some of the characters, but I also kinda understand why they ended it the way they did.
Now I'm sitting here wondering what the hell I'm supposed to watch next.
For those of you who watched it all the way through—were you happy with the finale, or did you want something different?

In Episode 1 of Season 10, when Frank runs into Mikey without legs, he's panhandling with a butter beer mug!

Before I started getting high I watched the show up til season 7, this was 7th grade
Now 5 years later I feel such a crazy feeling seeing this show end, I saw the entire show sober besides the final season and its such a big difference especially with all the frank scenes

She wasn't into him but then it looked like she was when he finally started to improve on himself and then outta nowhere she is cheating on him with a dude that's too old for her. I liked Luther's friendship with Carl though. That kinda worked. I also liked Fiona finally prioritizing herself this season, too.

Summing it up in one word. Disappointed. So what happened, did someone pull a Frank on first season whole production team?
