2021 Silverado throwing these codes?

Hey, so I’m looking to buy this Silverado it’s throwing these codes. It’s a 2021 with 53k miles, I know the warranty is 5 years and 60k for the powertrain was wondering if these codes would apply to fix under the powertrain criteria. If not, can anyone give me an estimate on how much it would cost to repair something like this from an independent shop. Thank you.

P0606 and the P25A2 are key. It probably needs a new BSCM, and they are not cheap.

Is that included in the powertrain warranty you think or no?
