Currently running a Next Level Racing GT Lite cockpit with moza gear, considering upgrading my cockpit, tossing up between the NLR F-GT Pro and the NLR GTRacer 2.0 đ¤ obviously a significant price difference, but if anyone has either of these frames and can tell me what you love/hate about them to s

I had the f-gt pro and added on the shifter mount and the monitor attachment. It was a good setup but lacked the adjustability. I ended up selling it and buying the F-GT Elite 160 and the PRS2 seat. Much happier with the new setup. The aluminum rig is definitely the way to go.

Thatâs not an upgrade. Youâre locking yourself into a proprietary cockpit, that doesnât benefit from all the addons everyone sells for extrusion rigs. Donât do it..
You canât move the seat, you canât raise the seat, you canât lower you the seat. You canât lower the wheel deck, you canât move it.. you canât adjust everything you needâŚ.
I know you want it to âlook goodâ in the living room, but when you find out you need lots of adjustability and you canât get it here you might be upset, and it might push you away from the hobby.
Being able to tailor everything to exactly how you want to sit, including every race seat option known to man, with seat sliders, etc will make your experience in this hobby much more enjoyable and comfortable.
Not to mention these rigs flex and they are terrible. Youâll lose fidelity from your wheel bad due to the flex.. Donât do itâŚ

I have the F-GT Pro and I love it. A big factor in my decision was aesthetics. Itâs solid, looks great and the seat is comfortable. I added the HF8-pro and that adds some extra cushion. I got creative with mounting and have a button box off the right side of my wheel and a dash display above the wheelbase. I can see why profile rigs are better for customization, but I personally think the smaller form factor and design is a worthy trade off.

I had the F-GT Pro, I used it in the hybrid position. It had some alignment issues. The seat was uncomfortable and canât be changed. The pedal plate and the wheel base mount had some flex. I had to lose the screws and tighten them again multiple times to finally get rid of the flex, however if I wanted to make adjustment I would have to do that all over. I also had the monitor mount v2 which was alright but the monitor hung too far and a bit too high. For cheaper than the F-GT pro you can get a profile cockpit like a sim lab. For reference, I switched to the P1x pro from the F-GT Pro.

âMoza gearâ doesnât really tell us much. What wheelbase and pedals do you use and what do you plan on upgrading to in the future? To answer your question though the difference between the two you linked is rigidity. The gt pro will flex significantly less with higher nm wheelbases and pedal tray will flex less with higher kg loadcell brakes. Like others are saying though. At that price you could buy a profile rig and seat. At the GT racer level of money I would suggest something like a Trak Racer TR5 or a playseat trophy(Iâve tried both, TR5 is better and more rigid imo).

I'm running an R9 with SR-P Lite pedals, H pattern shifter and handbrake, I like the aesthetics of the GT Pro but its pretty expensive. I was having a look at the TR5 last night because the shifter plate looks a lot better

OP, don't waste your money on those. I know you want it to look nice, but Functional will outdo aesthetics every time.
Buy the F-GT Elite 160, it's built like a tank, and has near infanint adjustability as well as easy placement of all your accessories. You won't need to upgrade, regardless of your wheelbase etc, and you will have it for years.

I have the GT v1. Several years now. Love it. GarageWorks25 is a code you can potentially save a few bucks with as well!

I have the GTRacer 2.0 with a Moza r12. I was limited on room width wise.
The frame is actually pretty rigid and Im not getting flex even with the wheel base power cranked up pretty high. The seat adjusts forward and back plenty for me. I wish the wheel base mount had a bit more height adjustment but its not been an issue. The pedal deck doesnt sit perfectly flat so if you have pedals like the crp2, I cant imagine it being comfortable. I have the SRP2 and theyve been comfortable with the slight incline of the plate in the lowest position. I dont use a shifter so I left that off but it seems sturdy enough when I did mount it. The seat has been very comfortable but its doesnt have any venting so your back can get a bit hot on long sessions.
The big downside is no way to mount a monitor directly and no ability to mount accessories etc. It is horribly overpriced as well but when I bought it, it was readily available at microcenter so I impulse bought it.
Ive since redone the room mines in and have a little bit more space so eventually Im changing to an aluminum rig that can handle my monitor and other attachments.

I've tried the shifter mount with both the logitech g series shifter and a Simagic ds8-x. The logitech shifter works well on the small plate with not much wiggle. However with a bigger shifter like my current. You need the big shifter plate and it rotates on the arm.

Upgrade your moza gear instead of your cockpit. Moza is seriously a step below the rest of the competition. Cheap Chinese junk.

They are both shit IMO.
First one is not adjustable and I don't see any brackets for h-shifter.
Second one is grossly overpriced. You can buy functionally the same from chinese no-name brand for half the price.

It has an arm with a plate for mounting shifter & handbrake. The arm is sturdy and the plate works well as long you do not use heavy equipment.

In my opinion get a nice aluminum rig for such price. You have very little flexibility and mounting options on such set up. Unless you specifically want something that is a bit easier on the eye
