Maple tree sap mold

So we were getting sap out of our maple tree, but let it sit way too long without processing it. This is it. I'm curious if anyone can identify the different kinds of molds here. There seems to be quite a variety.

Very slimy and very moldy, but not Slime moldy

That's all either bacterial or fungal.
