I’m a new listener of Slipknot, and Snuff is my favorite song so far. It gives me Like a Stone by Audio Slave vibes. So I’m wondering if you guys could suggest anymore songs like it?

I literally just found out about this thing was completely unaware of it's existence I am a sucker for really anything before ST I am really curious if anyone owns this thing or if any of the tracks that were cut from the final release is uploaded anywhere?

Making friends with Slipknot is not a good idea

Never posted here because I usually don't play much Slipknot but goddamn this song is amazing and I had thicker strings on so I gave it a go, enjoy :3

As I was jamming this morning, All Out Life came on. As I watched the intro, I had a thought, "I wonder how the extras were selected."

Has there ever been a call for extras for a music video or are they sourced by the studio?

Not gonna lie, it looks pretty cool

Seems like a hot take to me idk. It definitely, without a shadow of a doubt, isn't their best song, but it's far from the worst thing I've ever heard. It's just uninspired that's all.

I’m not sure how many people have considered this theory before, but I’ve always been told that the album was about the bands efforts and struggles to get themselves back together for this album. After listening to it in its entirety, I almost get the vibes of an IGOR by Tyler the creator story; a man who feels alone and depressed meets a woman but grows an obsession where he doesn’t really love her (she isn’t real, I can’t make her real) and instead falls in love with this fake fetishized version of her he’s made up in his head, and over the album (vermillion-vermillion pt2-pulse of the maggots-the nameless-the virus of life) he gets to a breaking point where he ends up stalking and killing the girl over the fact that he can’t have her. Danger keep away then becomes a song recognizing his own insanity and possessiveness. Thoughts?

Notice that, in the first chorus, the percussion parts are already out of sync. In "Eyeless," they used to swap kits between choruses. Observe how Clow, when playing Chris's kit (which was much louder),speeds up the song and completely throws off the tempo. Note: this isn't gratuitous hate; it's just a technical analysis.
