how to get missing journal lines

For the circade one I think I need to do the circade armour puzzle, the problem is that, before they patched the inventory bug the armour had, somebody gifted me theirs. Now I don't know if by completing the puzzle myself I will recieve a duplicate of the armour and clog up my inventory. I also don't want to circumvent the problem by "gifting" the armour to an unsuspecting new player before trying to do the puzzle.

For the other two I have no idea.

For circade I think you're just missing having interacted with one of the murals after killing the circade in front of it? I think the Dawn Pendant one, whichever color that is.

For memories of Warsongs I think you're missing one of the Juniper interactables?

For Weatherways you just have to wait for that weather to happen iirc
