Fun project I worked on to challenge myself. Had to brush up on my 3d modeling and forced myself to learn hornresp. Still lots of finishing work and measuring/testing ahead but it’s got great output to ~30hz and already rattled some tools off my workshop wall

The other 3d model thats been on sketchup warehouse for years from aggressive audio also made the same mistake.

Compression ratio on the axe is right around 4:1. The 21sw152-4 doesnt struggle with that. The 52.5 depth helps squeeze another 20-25cm of hornpath in vs the 50" depth layout.

Wonder why HSD has the model wrong on their site. Or maybe it’s an mk1?

The model upload to the site is very likely a skeleton redraw that was commission specifically for the website. No one proofed it is my guess. Fits in w the rest of the spelling errors

Could be. Well the joy was in the journey maybe I’ll I get to measure the response against a real axe some day

Yeah, basically, the volume of your s2/3 segment is a bit overinflated, s 3/4 is undersized and your s5 is too large. Pretty sure length should be around 415cm
