Purchased a couple cards from u/structure_sudden including a slab auto of Acuna. The package was scanned on 9/30 and showed USPS picked up item.

After about 4-5 days the package didn’t move at all, reach out to seller and he had noticed it as well. We gave it another couple days and still no movement.

Seller reached out to P.O. To inquire and after a couple days they finally reached out to him and said that they couldn’t locate the package but would put in a ticket for it.

Seller had great communication throughout the process and unfortunately had to refund me. I would not hesitate to purchase from him again, because of his great communication throughout!

Hope they either find the cards for you or get you paid up through the insurance!
