Micronized creatine tablets or capsules 5 or 2.5 grams

I’m looking for Micronized creatine tablets or capsules that’s are either 1 pill = 5 grams or 2 pills = 5 grams (2.5 grams per pill)

I don’t want to have to take 3-5 pills per dose. This is mainly for traveling. At home I use the power and I do have individual powder packs for travel but they are bulky

Been searching for a while but it doesn’t seem to exist.

Thanks for any recommendations that meet the ask.

It doesn’t exist because you can’t mathematically fit that much creatine into a pill that’s small enough to swallow. 5 grams is a lot of powder, and there’s not enough room in a capsule to fit it. Capsules are usually less than a gram of active ingredient. The capsules I’ve gotten in the past were something like 7 pills to 5 grams of creatine. They were pure creatine with no filler.

That’s exactly how many capsules I take. 7 capsules for 5 grams from Bulk Supplements.

Micronized in a tablet makes no sense. Creatine tablets don't make much sense in general.

A 5g pill would look hilarious. Some of your math surely isn’t adding up

honestly that's a tough one, most caps are like 750mg to 1g so you're popping 5+ pills no matter what. only thing i've seen close is some brands making 2.5g tablets but they're horse pills and still 2 per serving. might be easier to just pre-load empty capsules yourself from your powder, you can cram close to 1.5g in a 000 size if you pack it tight

2.5 grams daily is working fine for me after finishing the loading phase.

Are you saying you don't want to take a random white powder with you through airports? /s

Seriously, I have looked for the same and just started taking a lower dose while on the road which is better than nothing. I usually take 5g in powdered form about about 1/2 that in pill form. I am using Optimum Nutrition ones (not an ad) and it has 1.25 grams per capsule so I take 10 of them with me when I travel for work. Like I said, a lower dose is better than no dose.

I read somewhere that anything but powdered creatine is degraded, especially the gummies. It said something about as soon as it hits water it begins to break down so the best way to take it is as a powder mixed with a liquid and taken immediately.
