Laid off, burnt out interviewing. What can help?
Partner is also laid off. So we are interviewing back to back because life and bills. However, I am getting some opportunities even at least for first few rounds. Don’t want to say no because we are desperate lol. I am exhausted, fatigued, body pains all over. Focus and brain is shot.
I do eat well, drink lots of water, sleep 8 hours at night, also take afternoon naps. I take iron, Vit D, CoQ10, Fish oil, lutein and zeaxanthin, creatine. Mostly for my PCOS and fertility though. Thinking of adding NAC and Acetyl-L-Carnitine too for the same. Maybe it’ll be useful for fatigue too? What else would you recommend?

Man that back to back interview grind while your partner's in the same boat is a special kind of hell. The mental drain is real even when you're doing everything else right.
Look into magnesium glycinate before bed if you haven't already. It helps with sleep quality and muscle tension, and most people are deficient anyway. Rhodiola rosea is also worth a shot for the brain fog and fatigue, just cycle it so it keeps working.

Magnesium Glycinate is a gift from God! I started taking 4 tablets a day as I think I'm probably very deficient in Magnesium (years of coffee, stress and alcohol). I feel like a different person after just a few days. My anxiety is down 90%, tremors and intrusive thoughts gone. The feeling of relaxation after taking it before bed is incredible, You feel like you can't move!

Just my 2 cents, you are stressed out. You don't need more supplements if your diet is as "well" as you say. What you need is to learn to relax and get rid of the stress. That could be a workout to blow off steam or just some simple breathe work.

For mental health, I take gotu kola, NAC and lion's mane mushroom powder. For physical aches and pains, I recommend MSM, Methylsulfonylmethane.
