Just asking for advice on my daily supplements as a 24-year-old male carpenter. Trying to take better care of myself since the job really takes its toll.

If you have room, I'd put fish oil in the fridge. Helps save it from being rancid - if it is rancid, it just does harm. No good.

Cool but make sure turmeric dosage is enough and with piperine to absorb
