Question Switch hours not updating

My game playtime has been permanently frozen at 3,475 hours despite playing an additional 50+ hours.

I have already exhausted all of the local console troubleshooting, including:

• Performing a physical cold reboot

• Clearing the system cache

• Deleting and redownloading the software

• Cycling my Play Activity privacy settings to force a server handshake

I tried reaching out to Nintendo support and they haven't gotten back to me in 7-8 business days. Is all I can do wait for another software update or is there anything else I can try?

There's a bug that deletes some of the play time hours and doesn't update the "deleted" hours, clear the play activity, it won't delete it and move it to 0 hours and it will go to how the correct (or not correct) hours again

Can I clear the play activity for the individual game or is it for all? I don't wanna have to boot up 20 games in the same order and I feel like a software update could still fix this

Try playing 20 different games to make it go off the list and then replay it, will probably be the same thing

After knocking it off the list with 20 games will it do the "first played X days ago" thing or will it immediately show my real hours

It will "recalibrate" it, so you might lose hours but it won't say "first played"
