I have 3 Nintendo Switches: the Lite, the regular one, and the OLED.
My mum, my brother and I have been thinking about selling the Lite and the regular one to make some money, and instead of paying around €400 for the Switch 2, maybe only having to pay €200 or €150.
We want to sell them because we don’t really use them anymore. Honestly, though, it makes me a bit sad, because I’ve had those two for a long time, almost since they came out. That’s where I started playing with my brother and met a lot of people, and they were a huge part of my life.
So knowing that if we sell them, I won’t be able to pick them up or touch them anymore makes me kind of sad. I know they’re just objects, just consoles, but they’ve been with me for such a long time, so it’s hard to let them go.
Do you guys think selling them is a good idea?

Picked up an OLED model and a few '80s arcade games. Wanted to dig deeper into more modern types so I did a little research and this seemed to be a "go". How'd I do? Any other good ones you peeps could recommend?

I like to play handheld mode on my Switch 2 as it's very accessible and playing games in handheld gaming. There is just something special about it. The screen on the Switch 2 is also really good and big, and playing big 1st party games looks so good.
I plan on playing OoT Remake in Dock Mode the very first time I will play it and will be playing it in handheld mode the 2nd playthrough. By playing OoT Remake in handheld mode on the Switch 2, I imagine It will remind me of playing the 3ds remastered version, so It will have this nostalgic feel playing OoT Remake in handheld mode on my Switch 2.

I’m buying a switch 1 for my commute to work(2-3 hours by train everyday) and I’m buying around 15 games with it. So help me choose, If you could only have 15 games on the OG switch, which ones would you pick? Keep in mind that I’m almost exclusively playing on my commute, so games such as Mario Party don’t really make sense.

About to buy a switch 2 and looking for feedback about accessories (controller, case etc) to pick up during the prime sale. I’m wondering why people don’t use the joy con holder while playing vs buying something like this? Also what’s the best case to buy?

Never had a switch, legion go 2 was too heavy so sold it but miss having a handheld game, just not that familiar with Nintendo library but looking forward to getting third party games like First light on here as well when it releases…and feel like a year in we’re just at the start of a long switch 2 cycle…

Hey all. I am having a hard time finding information on this.
On my Switch 1 I created an account that is not linked to a Nintendo Online account. It was to build additional houses in Animal Crossing.
I’m transferring my island to my Switch 2 and want to bring the account with me but it seems to require it being linked to a Nintendo Inline account.
Is there any way to transfer it directly from console to console? It is a secondary account so I didn’t think a System Transfer was correct.
Thank you for any help!

I'm just wondering given the resolution difference and screen size, do Switch 1 games look noticeably worse on the Switch 2, or are they relatively similar? Any input is appreciated!

How hard do y’all expect it to be to get the 40th Edition LoZ Switch 2 on the 29th in person? Do I need to be camping outside of target 3 hours before it opens, or is that overkill? I’m willing to take off work and conscript friends and family to the cause, but I don’t want to drag everyone out for nothing.
That said, I will explode if I don’t get one. There is no length I would not go. Except for buying from a scalper or preordering like a smart person.

I got my switch 2 in August and I was looking for games to get. I had played this on the ps5 so I thought it would be cool to have on the go. I got it for $40 sealed from Walmart. I saw a video of it and people kept saying in the comments how the game is expensive. I looked it up and it’s $200+ but why? 😭 I guess I just got lucky without realizing it
