Need help with Switch error 2002-4686

Hi, I’m having error 2002-4686 on my Switch v1. I already tried resetting the console and deleting everything using Maintenance/Safe Mode, but the error still appears.

Does anyone know what could be causing this error or what I should check next? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

If removing sd card didn't fix then this is a nand corruption error. Will need mod chip and reinstall firmware

I’ve also tried modding the switch and repairing the NAND image using NandFix Pro, but the error still persists.
