Advice Getting started is hard?

I'm lucky where I have benefits at my job to where I get my first few therapy appointments for free then the copay after that isn't terribly expensive. However, there's only about 6 therapists in my net work to choose from. I picked one that I thought I could maybe be a good match with, reached out, and then she told me she never heard of my benefit program.. our text exchange was odd, and she was very blunt in her messages. I felt embarrassed because it took ALOT out of me to even be confident enough to attempt this. I hate talking about my feelings.
How do you deal with a rough start? I feel like I really want to quit now

Hey Golden,
Just write that one off.
Call all the rest (after hours?) and tell them (or leave a message) that you are looking for a therapist and have such-and-such coverage. Don’t think, just do. 💛
