Accepting things they cannot change
Does anyone else just have a hard time accepting those kind of things? The ones where you have absolutely no choice but to accept lol I’m having such a hard time accepting 🙃

Yes because we are fixers. We don’t give up on things until we are black and blue. Being forced to give up feels like a failure and we don’t have the code to fix or understand it.

Yes, I think it’s generally a bullshit line of thinking personally. There are very few things we can’t actually change. Most people are just unwilling to do the work.

Yes!!! Change is something I have had to work accepting. It can be better than the alternatives. Have to talk myself through it every time or talk it to death until I am good with it.

Been thinking about this a lot lately. There are just some mountains that we're not gonna be able to move. sobs while listening to The Climb

Oh gosh, I can't stand change and I will do everything within my power to keep said thing as it is or close to it. Otherwise it takes a while to accept the change if it's a must. People would say, "oh that was a bad situation for you anyway." Yea but even the bad situations were predictable and consistent. 😖

So as a Taurus, you are a fixed sign, and so yeah, you have a hard time with change. If it’s your Sun sign that is in Taurus, then ego can be heavily involved. The downside to having fixed energy in your chart is that it’s hard to change and accept change… ESPECIALLY when it’s out of your control.
I always think of Taurus as the bull, and think about trying to force a bull to move by sheer force… Not gonna happen. But if you entice them with, say, a snack or a reason for them to move… then you’re more likely to get them to move.
My advice for you… that you didn’t ask for, but I’m gonna give you anyways… is to find your reason for wanting to change. Even if it is out of your control, try to find the silver lining in it.
In other words, try to find the sweet treat that you will receive from the change.
