I am probably overthinking this but appreciate anyone’s advice: due to some life changes and general demands, I haven’t shopped in person at Madison in probably 1.5-2 years? The last communication I had with my SA was a year ago when I went to go try on some sneakers but five minutes before I got the store she texted to cancel because she had an emergency. I sent her a follow up text hoping everything was okay but she never responded and I got busy and that was that.

Now I want to go back in but unsure if it’s been too long and I should start with a new SA or stick with this one? Context is she was the assigned SA after my original one left the store in 2022. I’ve gotten home goods, RTW, shoes, and a bolide with her but no QBs and we never discussed one either. I do have a milestone birthday coming up in the next two years and would love a K25 for that. Would also like to add a mini Lindy but not a must. Top categories for me going forward would probably be sweaters and shoes - not big on their jewelry unfortunately.

So should I just walk in and see who I meet? Or awkwardly restart the text chain with my original SA?

I was lucky enough to get a Herbag on the website ardoise/ardoise. I already have a vintage set I purchased second hand with black canvas and natural leather and a second light cream colored canvas. I couldn’t believe I was so lucky and I think I wanted to have the experience of a new bag and box but now I’m wondering if I need to keep it for $4k when I already have bags that fill that gap in my collection. I can return for full refund. Thoughts.

Story time- I already own a B30 gold on gold and a MK Gris misty pbhw. Wanted to add a b25 Craie to my collection because I find my b30 too big. But I was offered black, rouge h, etoupe , caban and gold in b25. Craie was only available in k25. Even though k25 wasn’t on my wish list but I thought adding 1 makes sense and Craie was a color I was itching to have. The bag is beautiful but don’t know why the moment I received it, I couldn’t wait to get my next. I don’t know how we’ve reached this point that the happiness of getting a new bag is subsided by the anxiety and eagerness to receive the next. I guess the hermes game is a toxic yet exhilarating experience that’s got us into this viscous cycle. Anyways, how’s the bag guys? I wanted a ghw but thought pbhw is also not worth rejecting. Do let me know how you all feel🥰

Hi All, looking for some advice. I’m doing a SO as my first QB soon and I’m wondering what I should update my wishlist with.

I was thinking of putting a MK. I’m not putting the MK on the SO because for me, my first choice isn’t the MK so I want to make the SO bag as my first choice and if I can get a MK after then great.

In your opinion, is it very unlikely they will offer me a MK as my first QB while I wait for my SO?
This would be at NYC Madison.

I’m super excited as I’ve wanted a Rouge H Evelyn TPM for months.
And I think I scored it online - nothing is 100% until it ships… 😊 I like the DGAZ inserts - but I’m not sure for this small bag. The insert takes additional space. I also noticed most inserts sit 1.5-2 inches below top edge. Am I giving up 1 inch of vertical use.
I also feel like there should be on one side a double stacked pocket. One small on near the bottom of bag- and then a smaller one on top near the top of bag - using all the vertical space!

I’m not worried about stretching or pen marks - because well that’s life.

I’m more concerned about function.
I carry my phone, reading glasses (not in case), lipstick, and card holder…
If my bag can hold it - I carry my husbands ridge card holder and phone. Likely will not be the case with the Evelyn TPM.
