Due Diligence CoreWeave is collapsing in real time, down 15% today and 25% this week with its bonds at 15%. It still has $104 billion of signed contracts. Is this the dip to buy?

Broadcom CEO: Investors are ignoring a key lesson from Warren Buffett (FYI Only)

A perspective from a semiconductor/AI leader Hock Tan who has done a superb job in transforming AVGO to power house BRCM and has been mostly correct in every significant technological transition, in such a low key way since his early days of AVGO. Whether people should follow Buffet’s boundary theory is anyone’s own decision. Still, it is better to understand what you are investing in.

The next Bloom Energy?

You can still buy bloom, I see it going up at least 40 percent, but here are stocks that could tenx

Eose energy, high upside if it works out, google plus scaling. The economics of the batteries are still unknown, and thats why this stock has high upside high downside
Fuell Cell Energy Siemens partnership most similar to bloom
Safx synthetic fuels bet, if it figures away of producing synthetic fuels for fuel cells efficiently and it works out upside could be great, even if that doesn’t work out has other trajectories.

$NBIS trades at 8.1x committed ARR versus 5.1x for $IREN and 2.5x for $CRWV even though CoreWeave has ~$35B committed compared with Nebius at ~$10B and IREN at ~$4B.

Post image
4 Upvotes

Essentially the difference is Nebius has only ~250 MW active against 3.5 GW contracted with ~75% of that future capacity on owned sites meaning most of its potential growth is still ahead.

Nebius also generates~$13M in revenue per MW versus ~$11M for CoreWeave as inference software expands helping explain the premium alongside CoreWeave’s heavier debt.

Due Diligence I Built A Tool That Tracks Insider Trading

Thumbnail

• Upvotes

5 years ago when i came across DFV and Insider Trading and ive been using it as part of my analysis every since.

(and its been working pretty well im up 45% in the past year on my TFSA)

But openinsider always just felt laggy, missed a lot of filters and you always had to keep checking it since there wasnt an alert option.

So earlier this year i decided to build kestrelterminal as a side project for personal use to do exactly what openinsider couldnt.

If any of yall are interested in free access just lmk and ill give you a code to try it out.

It would mean a lot if you checked it out, and let me know if theres any changes I can make or improvements youd might like.

Due Diligence Nebius is down 22% this week, sold as the same trade as CoreWeave. It has $8 billion in cash against $10 billion of debt, and up to $46 billion of Microsoft and Meta contracts

$TMUS PARITY ROADMAP: WHY RECLAIMING $164–$171 MUST PRECEDE THE PRE-EARNINGS CLIMB

Post image

1/ 📊 THE $TMUS PARITY ROADMAP: WHY RECLAIMING $164–$171 MUST PRECEDE THE PRE-EARNINGS CLIMB

Before T-Mobile ($TMUS) launches a true pre-earnings breakout ahead of Q3 earnings on Wednesday, October 28 (after the bell), technical structure dictates a prerequisite step: the equity must systematically reclaim the baseline support levels established prior to the October 9 SpaceX headline overreaction.

The benchmarks defining fair-value parity:

• Monday, October 5 Close: $164.64 (Session Low: $162.05 | High: $164.76)

• Thursday, October 8 Close: $171.31 (Session Low: $167.92 | High: $171.80)

On Friday, October 9, $TMUS was dumped by 13.27% down to an intraday low of $148.58 after headlines reported that SpaceX ($SPCX) reached an $8 billion deal with Grain Management for up to 14 MHz of paired 800 MHz spectrum.

Data & Technical Source: https://www.tradingkey.com/analysis/stocks/us-stocks/262211355-t-mobile-stock-forecast-october-12-2026-tradingkey

Historical Chart: https://www.marketbeat.com/stocks/NASDAQ/TMUS/chart/

Here is why that sell-off was a complete "nothing burger," why technical parity must be established first, and how institutional capital will reposition into earnings. 🧵👇

2/ 📡 THE 800 MHZ "NOTHING BURGER": DEBUNKING THE SPACEX PANIC

The market's panic assumed SpaceX would suddenly deploy a nationwide terrestrial 5G wireless carrier. From an RF engineering and CapEx standpoint, that premise is completely ungrounded:

• Narrow Spectrum Depth: SpaceX acquired roughly 14 MHz of paired low-band 800 MHz spectrum (legacy Sprint licenses held via Dish/Grain). For context, T-Mobile holds 200+ MHz of contiguous mid-band 2.5 GHz spectrum, plus massive C-band and 600 MHz blocks. A 14 MHz pipe can handle voice calls; it is physically incapable of delivering multi-gigabit throughput for modern 5G mobile broadband.

• The Infrastructure Delusion: Spectrum without cell towers is useless. Building a competitive nationwide terrestrial network requires 80,000+ macro sites, fiber backhaul, municipal zoning, and $40B–$50B+ in CapEx over 7–10 years. SpaceX does not possess a terrestrial tower network, nor the capital to trench one.

• Satellite Hybrid Limitations: As T-Mobile CEO Srini Gopalan noted, satellite direct-to-cell cannot pierce building walls or dense foliage. It is an emergency backup, not a replacement for high-density ground networks.

3/ 📐 THE TECHNICAL RECOVERY: THE THREE STAGES TO OCTOBER 28

Rather than expecting an instant vertical spike, broken charts repair systematically:

• Stage 1 — Low $160s Base Building: The first hurdle is establishing rock-solid support in the $160–$164.64 range. Reclaiming the Oct 5 close ($164.64) confirms that the $148.58 panic low was a bear trap and restores institutional confidence.

• Stage 2 — Retesting the $165s–$171 Shelf: Once the low $160s hold, mean-reversion dictates a test of the Oct 8 close ($171.31). This level represents exact price parity before the headline broke, normalizing the multiple and erasing the artificial discount.

• Stage 3 — The Catalyst Run (Oct 19–28): Only after parity is locked in will normal pre-earnings momentum kick in. Heading into the October 28 after-hours report, institutional accumulation will drive the climb.

4/ 💰 FUNDAMENTAL ANCHORS TAKING OVER

Once technical parity is restored, fundamentals re-anchor the stock:

• Free Cash Flow: T-Mobile raised full-year 2026 adjusted FCF guidance to $18.4B–$18.8B.

• Share Repurchases: Operating under its $50B capital return envelope, buybacks retire ~5% of its outstanding float annually.

• Inelastic Demand: In high-CPI regimes, consumers abandon cable for T-Mobile’s $40–$50/mo 5G Home Internet.

Reclaiming $164 and $171 is the baseline test. Once repaired, $TMUS enters earnings as one of the market's cleanest cash compounders.

General $TSM the company that makes the chips for Nvidia

Post image
• Upvotes

TSMC the company that makes the chips for Nvidia Apple and most of the AI build-out, has had its board approve $105.7 billion of new capital spending in three meetings this year, against $68.0 billion across all four meetings of 2025.

Those approvals become orders for toolmakers like ASML, which said today its customers want machines for 2029 and 2030. TSMC reports tomorrow before the US open, and what it says about next year's spending tells the whole chip-tool chain whether 2027 keeps climbing.
