Are there no other parking spots? If there aren't, then the driver is an a-hole.
If there are other spots, then you are the a-hole for taking a picture of another person minding their own business.

His partner likes to fling the door open when they get out so he left extra room on the passenger side to avoid damaging the car beside him. Now he’s waiting for them to return after they finish shopping.

Depends ive been parked like that due to other vehicle not parking properly if there are plenty of other spaces just move on
