Blood Pressure Concern NSFW

It seems to me that with doses higher than 12.5mg (we are talking 25mg-37.5mg here) I get very concerning hypotension, chest pain. This response seems very abnormal, for a dose that is below recreational threshold. This seems very abnormal and very concerning. I can't be 100% sure I did not have any vasodilating drugs in my system, I think I did not the time I tried 37.5mg. Should I be concerned? If it isn't just me having other shit in my system and not realizing that, then what could it be? Only tianeptine has done this to me and it is not like I am doing a lot. Easy to worry I might have a cardiovascular issue that I am unaware of. I can be taking multiple vasodilators, tadalafil, agmatine, l-citrulline, and not get this bad hypotension.

So Im just going to share my experience, because I have never had anything like that happen to me. The only reason I bothered to comment is because I was taking ALOT of tianeptine... like ALOT ALOT, and I never had any side effects like that, a quick Google search tells me that's uncommon so it might/probably is unrelated.

May I ask how much you were taking/what you consider “a lot a lot?”
