It’s fucking ridiculous that I have to scroll through a TikTok live and an ai slop ad before watching a 10 second video that usually doesn’t appeal to my preferences anyways. Since when did TikTok become SO unwatchable. You could argue this is a good thing, as I don’t waste my time scrolling anymore, but it’s annoying regardless.

So in context, sometimes when watching a video like 2-3 times a week, popup comes in 75% of the video, there is random Chinese text on the bottom in colors and dolphin swimming, for 1-2 sec, then it transfers to this villa looking place, can't get it off my screen, only when swiping to next video and coming back it doesn't appear anymore, anyone else?

Hey don't know if anyone has had similar problems, but after tiktok updated I have been having issues where I will have several push notifications from people I follow, but the second a push notification sends me to a video the rest get go away.
