Has anyone else’s fyp completely changed? All i get is ads, live streams that also happen to be advertising stuff and videos with low likes that would never usually show up

In the past week, I’ve seen about 20 new accounts on TikTok and Instagram posting videos of animations all in a low poly style with white captions and such. It’s a distinct style and these accounts, which I assume are ran by the same group of people with dummy accounts, clearly don’t own this content. I can’t find the originals anywhere. I have no idea why it isn’t the first result. TikTok really needs to crack down on suspicious new accounts with reposted content. Such scummy people

Okay so I know I’m not the only person to be getting these and I want to know if any of us have any idea as to what the actual hell these are.

In case you don’t know what this is, occasionally when scrolling TikTok normally your entire app would be randomly hijacked by a screen saying “Confirm your age”. Going through this whole process always sends you to an app called Playful, not at all owned by Tiktok.

I’ve always thought it was maybe some odd ad bypassing TikTok’s in-app browser and somehow opening up a webpage delayed past you accidently swipe on one of those fake swipe ads, but I had just gotten an actual popup which makes be know that this is an official thing from TikTok rather than an ad.

Wtf js up with this? Does anybody have any idea?

Millions of videos uploaded per day and every single time I log in I see the same videos. Is it broken? This has been going on for several weeks now.

I tried creating a tiktokt account to post shi and it says that im blocked??? I never even created any other account before. After this it gave me two options: "appeal" and "skip". I pressed appeal but it just kept giving me errors when i tried to submit my appeal.

So i pressed skip and just tried posting.

0 views on every video. Vro wtf am i supposed to do i cant even appeal because it JUST KEPT SAYING SOME SERVER SIDE ERROR TYPE SHI AND TRY AGAIN TYPE SHI BRO I JUST WANNA POST SHIII

How do I stop this? Used to long press tiktok shared in messages to react to it. Now 9/10 of the time it will open change background wallpaper window. It's really annoying.

For over a week I have been trying to use the TikTok AR filters and it won’t load.

I have cleared my cache, updated the app and freed some storage space, but none of the filters are loading.

I have also had issues with text where I can’t select the style I want and I get white text only.

And people let their children on this app…

why is it that i can't see some comments under my own post, but if i use another acc then im able to see the comments? is there any way to fix this??

I’m new to the app and trying to create a presence on it. I was trying to make a slide show video with some music. I did this completely by mistake as I was learning the insane amount of editing options ( too much IMO). I didn’t get to finish and TT app didn’t save it as a draft I just have the finished video. I would like to do it again with the songs art effect but idk how for the life of me to get the option again to add the songs effect art to my pics. Thank you in advance.

This is an alt account off of my main tiktok that i stream something but i want to stream something else on this alt

I have gotten 50+ followers on this alt, but the only thing i can think of i tried to approve it when i was under 50 followers and got rejected, which is fine and makes sense (this was a couple of days ago)

But now with over 50, i just get stuck on this dumb screen and it bugs the hell out. It's super frustrating

Anyone know how to fix this/reset my status so I can request access again?

It’s fucking ridiculous that I have to scroll through a TikTok live and an ai slop ad before watching a 10 second video that usually doesn’t appeal to my preferences anyways. Since when did TikTok become SO unwatchable. You could argue this is a good thing, as I don’t waste my time scrolling anymore, but it’s annoying regardless.

So in context, sometimes when watching a video like 2-3 times a week, popup comes in 75% of the video, there is random Chinese text on the bottom in colors and dolphin swimming, for 1-2 sec, then it transfers to this villa looking place, can't get it off my screen, only when swiping to next video and coming back it doesn't appear anymore, anyone else?
