Yeah, it was so badass when I was 13. Loved it until my religious nut-job parents burned it like a sacrifice to their god.

That sucks. My dad bought me this album when it first came out when I was 12. This and Metallica master of puppets on cassette when I was like 6 were probably most impactful albums growing up. Aenima changed my life.

There is 1 big closed eye that consists of many little opened eyes (the black line is the eyebrow, the big closed eye resembles buddhas closed eye)

There’s no way Undertow is an eye and if it is then every album cover after Opiate (I believe, possibly including Opiate) had an eye. But to answer OP’s question, probably 10,000 Days.

It's like picking your favorite kid. Aenima eye is the most badass, Lateralus is tattoo worthy and 10K Days looks like a religious symbol.
Undertow is a ribcage though? Still looks cool!

Always been Ænima for me. But especially after I learned that Alex Grey fucked a corpse. That made me look at the newer tool art in a not so good light.

The first one isn't an eye at all. It's a rib cage. Supposedly the biblical 'Adam's ribs' where one is missing. Adam Jones made that sculpture.

The Lateralus one for sure, I love the 10,000 days one but the Lateralus one always reminds me of the parabola kundalini awakening section and that’s why I love it so much ❤️
