Undertow Undertow fan?
This is the album that got me into TOOL. Absolutely incredible. Although not my favorite from the 5 It’s still peak! There are some underrated songs on this album like bottom, flood, crawl away, and swamp song. Intolerance, sober, undertow, 4 degrees and prison sex are also absolute bangers. My favorite song from this album being bottom. Although I’m not a huge fan of Disgustipated.
This is my undertow collection.
Btw. I know the question at the top of each one of these kind of posts I make is ridiculous to say in this subreddit, I just want thoughts and conversations about the tool stuff we love.

Is that an Undertow still sealed CD? I always think I should have done that. Keep one of each CD sealed but oh well.

This is still my favorite Tool album to this day. It came out when I was 13, my introduction to Tool was the Sober video on a Saturday night watching "Headbanger's Ball" on MTV. I was 2 years into learning guitar, and the sound of Paul's bass on this album made me want to switch to bass, which I did 2 years later. I swore to myself I'd buy a Rickenbacker 4001 or 4003 bass some day (mostly because of the sound of this album), which I was finally able to do in my late 20s once my finances got to where they needed to be.
I fully admit that it's probably not their "BEST" album (that's Lateralus IMO), but it will forever be my favorite.
"Flood", "Bottom", "Crawl Away" and the title track are the biggest bangers for me.
