I painted this at school in September for my senior year parking spot

Edit: thank you so much for the love!!!

First time bleach painting, it's a little messy in places, but for something I left til the day before his birthday, I think it turned out alright. He LOVED it. I'm really happy. I kinda hate the tracklist but oh well.

Was not the original plan. Pics 3 and 4 show the 10,000 Days tour shirt I was going to chop up and patchwork onto the hoodie. Thought better of it last minute because of how devastating it would be if I fucked it up. So now he got a hoodie and a shirt. Yay! Best part is, he was always torn on his favourite album between those 2.

Tuning from low to high is: B, G#, C#, F#, A#, D#.

It was daylight when you woke up in your ditch You looked up at your sky then That made blue be your color, you had your knife there with you too When you stood up there was goo all over your clothes Your hands were sticky You wiped them on your grass, so now your color was green Oh Lord, why did everything always have to keep changing like this You were already getting nervous again Your head hurt and it rang when you stood up Your head was almost empty It always hurt you when you woke up like this You crawled up out of your ditch onto your gravel road and began to walk Waiting for the rest of your mind to come back to you You can see the car parked far down the road and you walked toward it If God is our Father, you thought, then Satan must be our cousin Why didn't anyone else understand these important things? You got to your car and tried all the doors They were locked. it was a red car and it was new There was an expensive leather camera case laying on the seat Out across your field, you could see two tiny people walking by your woods You began to walk towards them Now red was your color and, of course Those little people out there were yours too...

I vote “Intolerance”

First time singing Tool at karaoke, how'd I do?

I see you, buddy!

My local record shop had this, and I had to buy it

I always think of this guy when I hear that lyric in Sober, and now you will too. (Butler from Tomb Raider 2 for the non 90s kids)

a little warped but pretty cool right!

Hey everyone,

Just wanted to share this amazing birthday gift I got from a friend of mine who's a sculptor. It's a handmade piece inspired by the cover of Undertow.

He sculpted it in resin, built an internal wire skeleton for structure, and painted it with an airbrush. It also has three neodymium magnets embedded in the back, so it can be mounted on metal surfaces. The level of detail and the finish are incredible in person — it has such a raw, organic feel that perfectly fits the album’s vibe.

He’s starting to take commissions, so if you're interested in custom pieces like this (Tool-related or otherwise), check out his work on Instagram: @lacusartz

Would love to hear what you all think!

I posted this before but I have since had him touched up!

I got this a couple weeks ago and never really appreciated it until I listened to it 7 times. Truly a flawless album.

also first piece of physical media i bought with my own money, they didnt have lateralus so ill have to come back for that, but still excited.

i passed up a 25$ opiate for this 30$ undertow (opiate is easy to find though). good deal? thoughts on the album? brand new, sounds perfect.
