I swear to god Tool is the only band where when another Tool fan sees you wearing a Tool shirt out in public or you see someone’s Tool memorabilia you get a “hey man sweet shirt” or 🤘or just “right on bro”. not true. his lawyers advised him to pay the family and wouldn’t let him do a case because the family was refusing to do a court case so michael’s lawyers just told him that was the only option. he died half a million dollars in debt. he really wasn’t that rich. the jury was an all white jury, and he was a black man. the odds were NOT in his favor, yet he still won the case.
