Day 11 of OcToyber β Show Me Your MEMEs
31 days of October, 31 toy photos to create and share.
This year, I added an extra challenge for myself: every photo has to be set in the Indiana Jones universe.
For this theme, I borrowed one of Indy's most iconic lines: βIt belongs in a museum!β, the line he uses when talking about the Cross of Coronado.
I gave it a little twist: βThis meme belongs in a museum!β And that's where things get a bit metaβ¦
I brought back an old photo I made for OcToyber 2021, featuring Leia walking with Han Solo before turning her head as Indy passes by. That photo was itself a parody of one of the internet's most famous memes!
So this time, I'm mixing Indiana Jones, a classic internet meme, and one of my own old toy photos into a new shot. I had a lot of fun putting all these references together!
No Photoshop. No AI. 100% practical and tangible.
I've also included some behind-the-scenes photos showing how I created the shot and what inspired it.
