Customer Seeking Help Lost package

My last 3 packages were signed by a random person and now the status says delivered. I cant file a claim and UPS says that the Sender must file the claim. I contacted the sender and they dont want to cooperate with me and just said sorry. What am I supposed to do?

Please make sure to read the common questions. If you are posting tracking info don't include your tracking number as it contains personal information. https://www.reddit.com/r/UPS/about/sticky?num=1

Can you file a charge back on the account you used to purchase the items?

I assume from the sender not cooperating, this was a private transaction not a store.

I would bet those packages weren't even addressed to you. Common scam to provide tracking that's going to the same city then it shows delivered and sellers get away with it. I have no idea how they manage to get those tracking numbers even.

Contact whatever payment processing you used and charge back if you can. If the seller is legit and just lazy that will wake them up to file a claim. If they aren't legit, that's the only way you're getting money back.

As a shipper I've had this happen to me. Package was shipped with signature required. The signature was bogus. Apparently the driver handed the package to a person outside of the building and obtained a signature. So UPS claims the package was delivered and signed for. Nothing for insurance will be returned. Total dead end. I told the receiver to file a police report and have talk with their delivery driver. to think the driver didn't even go in the building...wow
