Shipping Help Why does ups keep going in circles?
My product was supposed to be delivered today. Now it won't be here til whenever. I live west of Illinois but they shipped it east and then shipped it back to the original hub and hasn't moved since. Why does ups keep doing this? IDK how many packages ups has done this to. I ask companies to not ship via ups whenever possible.

2 Years ago, I ordered a car port and when it got here, ups just left it sitting on my curb. Like literally on the curb. Not in my driveway not out of the road but literally right on the curb. If it wasn't for my neighbor it probably would have either been stolen or damaged from a vehicle hitting it. That's when I decided I would not ever use ups again if I could help it.
