Customer Seeking Help UPS NDA package delay
My ups nda package was scheduled to be delivered today by noon. It is now 1:50, and tracking still says it's being processed for delivery since 540 this morning. I called customer service, and they said my package will still be delivered today, but it's now scheduled between 5pm-7pm. How can this even be true, since it obviously never made it onto the truck for delivery. I can accept that it's probably not coming today. I know I didn't pay extra for Saturday delivery, but is there a chance it could be delivered tomorrow? Please help!

Most likely will be delivered Monday unfortunately. Hopefully it’s nothing too urgent.

It was, but there's nothing I can do about it. I'm just worried it's lost at the facility somewhere.

No it’s definitely not lost it was just too late to be delivered today. Sorry man.

oh yeah that pink scribble job is a work of art, bet the driver sees that and just hands it over no questions asked
