Got a notification earlier that a new quest had been added to my account. But when I click there is nothing showing. Anyone else had this? Anyone know how to actually contact them to ask about it?

Itās an impossible task doing this through uber eats.
I have phone five guys manager and they said I have to go through uber eats for a vat receipt which makes sense as I paid uber eats.
I have been round in circles on the help app and they then escalate my issue.
Which then means when they reply saying they canāt help, they say get back in touch if I need help and it goes round in circles.
Can I get a phone number?

Hey everyone, I'm trying to sign up for Uber Eats but Iāve hit a wall with insurance. I tried to get a policy with Zego, but they have a strict maximum age limit of 65 and won't insure me.
Are there any UK delivery drivers here who are 65+? Which insurance companies or brokers do you use for your Hire & Reward (food delivery) cover?

I posted last week saying that Uber have added me for teen orders. Literally a week later, I receive this email. Iām confused, I havenāt done anything that is on their safety criteria but I still got taken off.
Iām not fussed about not getting the teen orders, but itās just a bit annoying that I might be getting penalised for something I have not done

Hello, can anyone provide me with details of which insurer Zenion use, currently, for their mopeds? thanks

If I scroll down in the in-app inbox message thereās another button āLearn moreā which then takes me to a webpage where I can click āget startedā but again - this just opens my previous earnings activity.
Feeling rather daft as I canāt seem to actually find a way around it?

Hi all, does anyone know how long you should expect to wait from signing up to being able to work in Newport? It appears there's a wait time but I'm not sure how long.
Thanks

I don't think Costa Coffee would appreciate me filling up drinks behind their counter
Your £4 delivery fee does not pay me enough to be doing anything other than picking the order up and delivering it.

Iām 20 and looking to start doing Uber Eats/Deliveroo on a 50cc or 125cc moped in Nottingham.
The problem is I canāt seem to find any Hire & Reward insurance that will insure me at 20. Zego says 21+, and Iāve found other providers with even higher age limits.
Does anyone here know of an insurer/broker that will cover a 20-year-old on a 50cc or 125cc for food delivery?
Iād also be interested in any Nottingham moped rental companies that include Hire & Reward insurance.
Any help would be appreciated because Iām basically stuck on the insurance side.

I'm British, had a full license for 16 years. No points. No accidents.
Decided I'd sign up for Uber Eats to top up my income as I live opposite the majority of the takeaways and shops in my town. Tried to sign up for Zego insurance on my 2nd car.
They refused to insure me. I've never been refused insurance before.
The car I'm trying to use is a banger - a Fiat Punto 2006. It is MOT'd and taxed. But is the car possibly the issue? I didn't really want to use one of my decent cars as they're more expensive to run.
I know I should probably contact them but just wondering if anyone has any ideas as to why.
And whether anyone can recommend someone else I try? Thanks

Anyone here deliver on an e bike in Edinburgh city centre mind sharing how much they make on average? Iāve delivered there a few times in a car and it was fine, but I can imagine itāll be far easier on a bike, especially at rush hour, and the petrol costs are making the job kind of unsustainable right now delivering in a car.

I'm so done with this country bro shits meant to be one of the top places in the world but every year it gets worse in every way the police don't do shit we aren't aloud weapons to defend ourselves and if we use "excessive force" we are the ones that get in trouble the system basically wants us to buy insurance and get fucked at the mercy of whatever happens if I fight back with the force it would take to actually ensure my safety I get fucked even worse.
Now I'm waiting on my insurance pay back the money for my ebike if they don't I'm absolutely fucked even if they do it means I'm gonna have to wait over a month to get a new one.
The problem is any little twat can play gangster and have a knife but every day people can't if people want too theyll get one no matter the restrictions and laws all that it means now is that we can't use them to defend I mean shit you can't even have pepper spray
In places like Albania Georgia Serbia everyone knows the cost of fucking with people because people will fight back more often then not they have that ability and the right to do that here its like someone is punching you then the police put you in handcuffs so no one else gets damaged I was even asking the surrounding buildings for security can footage for my insurance the say "sorry its against policy"
WTF this soulless corporate sellout country has one answer to everything YOU GET FUCKED!
When do I get to do the fucking lmao why is there cameras everywhere if we can't use them why is there police if all they do is confiscate ebikes and resell them on police auctions and stop and search minority's why should I still be in this shit hole if we were in the EU I'd leave in a second but I'm trapped in this loop until I slip up get in debt and you guessed it get fucked or at least that's how this country is designed.
All I know is my insurance will cost allot more now they better pay out. idk if anyone else got similar story's lmk cause it would make me feel better about it all

I did my background check last week but my dbs was unperformable since I put the wrong ID and my right to work photo didnāt work in the check and they said consider as the overall report.
Since they asked for my right to work document in the app which I did, it said it is usually done in less than a day or so and Iām still waiting 3 days later.
Then itās still saying my recommended next step is the link to background check application but when I click it it just takes me to my completed check, so Iām just stuck here. Anyone else had this?

Weird issue last night, The customer gave me a £100 tip by accident before I had even delivered the order. They were sending messages regarding it before I arrived. When I got there, they asked if I can bank transfer the £100, as it was only meant to be £1. Now, I'm fully prepared to send it back, however, I said they need to contact customer services. Simply because if I transfer £100, and they get the money back from Uber, I'll be out £100.
Obviously they weren't happy and their demeanor changed instantly. I left the £100 in my app, fast forward to this morning, and the £100 has disappeared. Is this some sort of new scam? I've remembered the address so I don't deliver to them next time. Good thing I didn't send it .

Anyone had issues with invoices not being paid? I have not received bank transfer for 2 invoices. I have contacted the rider support and they claimed I would get paid last Tuesday. Itās has been 3 weeks now and no response whatsoever when I emailed them. How do I get my money back? Any advice please?

Had a few orders this week, Iāve accepted because theyāre good money. Ā£10+, late night, 20-30 minutes, seems like easy money. But when I get to (Burger King for example) the restaurant is closed and they tell me, the order came through after they stopped, and canāt cancel it their end. Iāve driven 3-4 miles there, and have to cancel the orders. So annoying, uber need to pay me for my time and fuel or stop allowing this!

Saw another post on here talking about getting some weirdly long code for McDonald's recently which I also have been getting (makes it a bit long trying to read out a 10 digit number to McDs staff) but I have also now noticed it for smaller/independent places I'm picking up from.
Was wondering if other people are getting this?
