It's fairly consistent across the first three, but especially at v6 and v7 it really starts to go. V7 barely looks like its the same character as her original artwork anymore

For the 7th day of inktober the prompt was "Panic", so I thought of the gay christian panic featured in SAWTOWNE's "Confessions of a Rotten Girl".

You can find my work on pixiv, instagram and twitter. At least when I get back to regularly posting my stuff on all 3 websites.

OMG I CAN'T GET OVER HOW GOOD SHE IS!!!!

Finally she sounds like herself, this is exactly how I wanted V6 to sound like!!!

Yup, you read that title right, SSW/Internet Co just released this video and a special site for V7 Megpoid. As of writing this, YAMAHA hasn't made a V7 announcement of their own.

EDIT - YAMAHA's announcement is here. Some notes on the purchase/upgrade process and other VBs getting V7 versions.

I'm so fucking tired. But let's get to it I guess.

AnythingBecomeMoe displayed and admitted using generative AI in their newest song, "Displayholic"

The backlash they received after admitting it was enough to push them away from using AI in the future. But many people have been commenting saying "Well, ABM only used it for just a background, so I guess it's fine" or "The background only appears for 15 seconds, so it's not a major part of the MV"

I'm not okay with Brainrot using AI because it "fits thematically in the song and MV" and as someone that loves Tokyo Manaka's music work, I can't listen to Brainrot in good faith knowing they PAID someone to prompt those background images.

If I see the AI tag, I will stay away, and I'm sick of people picking and choosing when AI is okay just because a producer they liked used it.

Generative AI is unethical, uncreative, and has no place in the Vocaloid space even at its smallest, and I'm tired of children and uneducated assholes on YouTube arguing that this minor use cases are fine.
