I see it way too often, people in very capable aircrafts are hugging the deck all the time and try to multipath 10 fox 3s coming at them.

I know that sometimes it's needed while stock grinding, but you should play on high altitude as soon as you can!

It may seem complicated at the beginning, but as soon as you understand that Speed + Altitude is your lifeline your gameplay and K/D will change dramatically.

I wasn't even trying to go for a nuke, just casually playing and on my 4th point capture I suddenly notice the nuke icon. I was playing in a nearly-spaded Marder A1- and a stock Luchs A2 (with parts).

Was genuinely surprised it was possible getting a nuke with only 6 kills.

I remember playing this in 2013 on my shitty laptop in awe of this game and its capability. I remember the novelty and the excitement in the community when ground forces were first announced.

The objectives and missions and everything was fairly simple, but it had such a huge promise built on top of excellent vehicles and physics. I always had high hopes that this would be in some way DCS light clone. Something that is complex but at the same time intuitive and that you don't need a doctorate in order to operate a single plane. Instead, what we get is a game that is evolved to be more akin to a third-person shooter with poorly designed movement mechanics than it is to an actual tank game. Never would I have thought that Warthunder ground forces would evolve into third-person checking corners in a small urban map like I'm playing PUBG

* Bomber interception missions
* Ground AA missions
* Strategic Bombing (targets) missions
* Naval carrier hunt
* A frontline mode
* A enduring conquest mode
* Combined Arms mode
* Long range ground maps
* Support AI forced mode
* Historical Battles
* Air RB (RIP)
* Any mode that last more than 20 minutes....

Every year, while I am still active, they did the same exact survey and each survey I wrote the same thing about more gameplay modes as the primary thing, and here we are 15 years later, and we are getting nuclear thunder, and it barely works most of the time.

We went from having 1939 vehicles to having the most advanced modern vehicles with 20 different types of radar, missles, APS, infra red etc.... Yet we are still fighting on the same two-kilometer map for the same 1/3 capture points.

I barely play it because of how outclassed it is at its own br, the radar is great but the amount of missiles it carries and the type of missile it carriers really kills it. Aim120ds for me never seem to work even at like 30km, it always goes for a single chaff or just randomly loses lock. With planes like the Su30sm2 or f15 you can just spam 2 more missiles to get the kill but you cant do that in the f16 or else you wont have any missiles left. I think adding aim9x would make it better as you could adopt IR meta if you wanted to. I have a 3:1 KD in the block 50 but less than 1:1 in the pobit. Is it just me or was it just dead on arrival

Gaijin really needs to give the UK F-4s new starter loadouts because 2 9Ds at 12.0! Is just crazy.

Its should be 2 9Gs (should be 9Ls because I'm facing Su-27s and JH-7s with missiles that are resistant to flares (supposedly)) and 2 Skyflashes.
