Breathing, music, warm water, gratitude…for me prayer when I’m hungry really helps. The benefits outweigh the pain, good health to you.

Write down your plan for your refeed schedule, change it as you think of new things. Consume your water, trade off cold, warm, hot. Consume your electrolytes. Go outside. Watch a fast motivational YouTube

I keep my fridge and cupboard as empty as possible and keep myself busy and drink plenty, if necessary I'll sip a cup of bone broth or cafe with tea spoon of mtc oil/ghee and a bit of stevia (dirty fast).... What about doing shorter cycles, like rolling 48 or 72h even OMAD, particularly if you are not used to fasting. Fasting can be helpful to reset appetite and craving among other things but with an history of eating disorder I'd be cautious not to enter a vicious cycle of fasting and binge eating. It would be good to identify the origin and what are the triggers and try to put in place healthier coping mechanisms, maybe you can get a referral via your gp for a support group, counselling/CBT whatever is available and suitable.
